Refunds & Changes
Our refund policy lasts until the appointment. If the appointment has taken place, we can’t offer you a refund. As Peninsula Ear Care is a clinical service, once the appointment has commenced a refund will not be possible.
Appointments can be cancelled up to and including the day before the appointment is due to take place. This can be completed using the link obtained when the online booking was made, or by calling the team as well as via email. Please do not use the contact form for this request.
If you change the date of the appointment then your deposit will move to the new date. Should you wish to cancel a booking more than 48hrs prior to the appointment a refund will be issued on the card which was used to make the booking.
