As per earlier visits, Tim Needham was his usual helpful and informative self. He took care to explain what he had observed on his initial inspection of my ear canals and followed on with full advice as to what his treatment entailed as he went along.
Truly excellent care and service.

From my arrival, I was made feel very comfortable. The procedure was explained well and performed very thoroughly. Painless. Now the following morning, I can report no ill effects.

Really pleased with the service and treatment I received from Peninsula Ear Care. Both my ears were blocked and the issue had become bothersome and was getting me down.

I was able to book an appointment easily online and by emailing the team, I was seen more quickly by Tim. I was happy that both ears were sorted out within 20 minutes.

Thanks again Tim, I am relieved that I am not putting up with blocked ears anymore 🤩

Fabulous service. Tim was amazing with my elderly disabled mum on her home visit. She now has her hearing back and is happy to hear the tv again and best of all, it doesn't have to be on full volume any more.

Having an ear blocked by wax a few days before going on holiday , I was lucky to get an appointment with Tim. He carefully explained the procedure and put me at ease. The process was completed quickly and successfully. Very pleased with result and can recommend Tim.

I’ve had problems with my inner for 5+ years, I have been just managing them,I encourage anybody having problems with their ears to see Tim or his associate. I was made to feel welcome and getting to know Tim throughout this experience he made me feel relaxed and he is very knowledgeable about his field of expertise, I feel confident going forward with treatment from Tim and his Practice.

I have visited Tim a few times now to get my ears sorted and every time has been great. He is so nice and makes you very very comfortable. In the past I have spent a lot of time on wait lists for uncomfortable appointments with no resolution but not anymore! I really recommend Peninsula Ear Care to anyone who is looking for wax removal and other services!

Tim was a very calming presence. In the end I only needed my consultation as my ear drum was healthy - however had I needed ongoing/further work I would have felt very safe with Tim at the helm 👍

Went to clinic and met Tim a few days ago. I was having problem with one ear. Tim made me feel very comfortable from the off, very friendly.
Ended up having both ears done as both were blocked, slightly uncomfortable but not painful. One ear slightly sore but hoping it will settle. Definitely recommend Tim’s services.

Tim was polite, friendly and professional. He did a brilliant job of cleaning my ears free of wax. Even when one of my ears was a bit more challenging than normal due to several operations I’ve had, he did a great job of persevering and got over any problems.

I would recommend peninsula ear care and will be coming back.

I had very blocked ears for over 2 weeks and I was really struggling to hear anything, I was at my wits end when I found Peninsula Ear Care, I’m so glad I did, Tim was brilliant, very professional and he unblocked both my ears in no time, wow what a difference, my hearing is perfect and I highly recommend Peninsula Ear Care to anyone who needs ear care, absolutely a 5 star company.

Had a problem with one ear, contacted Peninsula about 9-15am and had an appointment for midday, attended and was extremely impressed with the professional explanation given of the procedure to be undertaken to remove the hard wax from my ear. A painless process and a very reasonable price for the service. Highly recommend Peninsula.
